Problem Statement

A major North American insurer was struggling to turn its enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence (AI) into a focused, value-driven strategy. After identifying hundreds of potential AI use cases, the client lacked the internal expertise and clarity to prioritize, launch, and successfully execute projects.
